From US-95:

From McCarran International (LAS):
From the airport, head north on Paradise Road toward E Russell Road. Slight right at Wayne Newton Boulevard. Continue onto Swenson Street. Turn left at Flamingo Road. Turn right on Palos Verdes St. The Las Vegas hotel will be on the left.
